Are you confused about this
IDX thing we all hear so much about? IDX,
or broker reciprocity, is nothing more than
a listing sharing arrangement between brokers
within an MLS. Unfortunately, almost every
MLS handles IDX differently and it can get
confusing. Where it really has importance
for you is that if your broker puts his/her
listings into the pool, then other brokers
can display your company listings on their
web sites and in turn you can display their
listings on yours.
